Carley Rae Jepson graces the cover and spreads of March 2013 Seventeen Magazine. One particular outfit that caught my eye is the Spring 2013 Prabal Gurung outfit because it reminds me of one of my favorites, Peter Pilotto. Gurung just recently teamed up with Target to release his collection to be featured at Target. You can find the other Prabal Gurung collections for a high-fashion price at stores such as Saks or Barney's.
